Introduction
Getting the basics in place is essential for any successful treatment strategy. With individuals with complex needs it is even more important to attend to these factors as simplification and clarity of purpose in the interventions delivered can provide a clear path towards improved wellbeing and ultimately influence overall success. Despite living this daily as clinicians how much time do we attend to these core build blocks and set our treatment sessions on firm foundations? The introduction of personalised care and support planning has added further dynamics to this picture. How do we attend to the evidence base alongside making sure care is personalised?
The event will be equivalent to 2.3/4 hrs of CPD.
