Cancellation/Refund Policy for Paid Bookings only
 
If you have registered for an event and subsequently cannot attend, you have the following options:
 
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event:
 
1.  Your booking can be transferred to a future event at no extra cost

2.  You can cancel your booking outright however, an administration fee of £15.00 will apply per cancellation 
 
Cancellations made within 21 days of the event:
 
Will be charged at full price, although transferring the booking to a future event may be considered depending on the circumstances.
